To request a copy of Long Beach City College transcripts, the student must make a written request to the LBCC Transcript Office. The request should indicate the number of copies requested and where they should be sent (only requests with complete address information will be processed.) The student's request must also include

• Student name
• Student ID or Social Security Number
• Date of birth
• Student mailing address
• All names used
• Student signature

Please specify whether requesting a student copy or official copy (official copies are for other schools and employment purposes).

The college will refuse the release of transcripts and student information if the student has outstanding debts.

The actual cost of the transcript is $3.00 per copy (the first two in a lifetime are free, all others are charged) for normal processing. The option of a rush transcript is only available for walk-in requests - fee $10.00 per transcript. Some restrictions apply! The processing time for transcripts can vary.
